As a seasoned Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) professional, you will be responsible for leading our team to ensure a safe and healthy work environment. Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective HSE policies and procedures;
  2. Conduct regular risk assessments and identify opportunities for improvement;
  3. Manage and mitigate hazards and risks associated with our operations;
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports on HSE performance and compliance;
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve HSE goals and objectives;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related discipline;
  • At least 5 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the metal and mining industry;
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HSE policies and procedures;
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including OSHA and ISO 14001;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
