Come and join us at VestasWith the Procurement, Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), and Sustainability Product Area, we create a safer, healthier, and more efficient workplace environment through effective digital solutions.With Digital Procurement, specifically, we lower cost, improve supplier collaboration and manage procurement risk through the development, deployment and anchoring of digital procurement solutions together with our business partners, focusing on effective adoption to ensure that tools and processes are used as intended to deliver value.Digital Solutions >Digital Technology Solutions > Idea-to-Market & Order-to-DeliveryResponsibilitiesProduct DevelopmentCollaborate as one product team to deliver functional requirements addressing business needs in the areas of Digital Procurement (Sourcing/Contracting, Order Collaboration, Supplier Lifecycle/Performance, Supplier Quality, Sustainability) and QHSECollaborate with the Product Owner and Architect in splitting EPICs into working user storiesFunction as the subject matter expert (SME) on the business use case of system functionalitiesGather requirements for user stories with business usersCollaborate with the Process team to ensure requirements fit the process design / policyResponsible for testing of new functionalities; responsible for developing test cases as per user guide/use cases, and documenting test resultsBusiness Engagement and Capability BuildingBe the interface of the product with the business super users and suppliers (as needed)Responsible for creating and maintaining end-user documentation on system functionalities in relation to the business processResponsible for building training materials and the initial deployment of new functionalities to the businessCapability building with regards to the product functionalities within the business super users enables a self-supporting organizationWork with the process team to ensure that a system documentation linked to process documentation is available for users' referenceAct as third-level support for any training/capability issues regarding product functionalitiesQualificationsBachelor's degree in information technology, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain or related field10+ years of total experience and at least 3 years working experience in the same capacity as business analyst, business super user, or system consultant with the above responsibilitiesExperience with the product setup / agile ways of workingExperience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, HSE and Sustainability domains (business knowledge and systems - example, SAP S/4Hana, SAP Ariba, SAP IPD, Ariba, Sphera, etc)Attentive to details; great collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills requiredCompetenciesThe following competencies are the key focus for the business analyst:Business Impact Analysis - You are able to analyze the costs, advantages, and impacts of solutions to the overall businessCustomer Focus - You are effective in maintaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and gaining insight into their needs.Solution Validation, Optimization, Testing - Acting as a gate keeper of the solution validating the enhancement requests and recommending a sustainable, optimized solution, thoroughly tested to comply with specified criteriaChange Advocacy & Constructive Challenge - You are comfortable questioning the existing methods and suggesting improvements to how we work.
