Job Title: Technical Product Owner – Commercial Lending Modernization
Job DescriptionAs a seasoned Technical Product Owner, you will lead the transformation of legacy systems into scalable, cloud-native solutions for commercial lending modernization. You will drive product vision and delivery execution with cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Refine the product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical readiness.
- Translate lending workflows into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- Perform Scrum Master duties and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders, engineering leads, and stakeholders to prioritize features and resolve dependencies.
- Lead modernization initiatives such as migration from C++ to .NET Core or Java, document storage transformation, and ETL pipelines for secure zone data segregation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager in fintech or B2B commercial lending.
- Experience delivering modernization efforts and working with technologies such as .NET Core, C++, Java, Angular, Azure, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions.

- Exceptional ability to break down complex workflows into manageable deliverables.
- Strong communicator who can align cross-functional stakeholders and lead multi-team initiatives.
