Job Title: Deputy Manager

The role involves managing travel and expenses processes, handling team performance, improving processes through automation, and ensuring timely completion of tasks as per Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel and Expenses Management: Oversight of travel and expense claim processing, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Handling: Leadership and guidance of teams involved in travel and expense management, including training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Process Improvement: Identification and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs through automation and optimization techniques.
  • SLA Adherence: Ensuring that all tasks are completed within the agreed-upon timelines to meet service level agreements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in travel and expense management systems, including Concor and Q2T.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
