Solution Architect Leader

This role requires an individual to lead the effort in designing, building, and configuring applications. As a key point of contact, they will oversee project timelines, facilitate communication among stakeholders, and drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborate, and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine
- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies
- Experience with agile development practices and project management
- Ability to analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within the ServiceNow platform
Requirements:
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow App Engine
- 15 years full-time education required
