About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified Architect to join our Bhubaneswar studio with 1–7 years of full-time experience in an architectural consultancy or multidisciplinary design studio.

Freelance, internship, or part-time experience will not be considered.

No civil engineering background.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone confident in managing client interactions, site coordination, and translating complex designs into precise construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed architectural, working, and coordination drawings aligned with project requirements
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients to drive smooth execution
- Translate design intent into accurate construction-level drawings
- Handle site queries and support execution with timely design inputs
- Join client presentations, internal design reviews, and team discussions
- Collaborate with senior architects to refine and detail architectural concepts
- Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and project schedules

Required Skills & Software Proficiency:

AutoCAD (or equivalent): Drafting, detailing & documentation

SketchUp: 3D modeling & spatial visualization

Adobe Photoshop: Presentations & graphic communication

MS Office: Reporting & documentation
