Education Advisor

Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated and goal-driven graduates or postgraduates to join our team as Education Advisors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance to prospective students regarding various undergraduate and postgraduate programs offered by our institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel prospective students and provide detailed information about UG & PG courses.
  • Advise students on program selection and the admission process.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily walk-ins and telephonic inquiries.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, emails, and online chat platforms.
  • Convert prospective leads into confirmed admissions.
  • Collect and consolidate participant feedback regularly.
  • Accurately record, manage, and act on assigned leads from various sources.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support students throughout their decision-making journey.
