India Foods Business Development Culinary Expert

Key Responsibilities: We are looking for a seasoned culinary professional to lead the development of strategic relationships with key accounts in India. As a Key Account Chef, you will leverage your technical expertise and business acumen to drive growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
Your core responsibilities include providing tailored culinary solutions, training, and coaching to sales teams, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop targeted strategies. You will also be responsible for evaluating new products, providing feedback, and generating ideas to increase sales.
In addition, you will serve as a trusted advisor to hotels and restaurants, QSRs, PBCLs, CDRs, FDRs, and other key stakeholders, helping them navigate complex kitchen operations, product applications, and menu planning. Your role will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in hotel management, operations, product development, and kitchen management. A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar capacity is required, along with a degree in hospitality or a related field.
