Job Title:

Lead Personal Lending Strategist

We seek a seasoned financial professional to drive our personal lending strategy, leveraging expertise in product development, risk management, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the P&L for the personal loan business, defining growth roadmaps and product strategies.
  • Develop innovative products aligned with customer needs, optimizing loan approval TAT and digital lending processes.
  • Collaborate with credit/risk teams to define policies, scorecards, and underwriting models.
Leadership and Team Management:
  • Build and lead high-performing sales, product, and operations teams.
  • Manage relationships with affiliates, fintech partners, credit bureaus, and lenders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, driving profitability through sustainable interest income and cost efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Deep knowledge of unsecured lending, fintech innovations, customer acquisition, and credit policies.
  • Strategic leadership and team management experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
