Automation Manager

Job Description:

The Automation Manager plays a pivotal role in harnessing the power of automation to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and custom apps built with Power Apps to digitize and simplify complex tasks.
  • Design and build interactive dashboards and analytics solutions using Power BI to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Create, configure, and deploy AI agents based on Copilot for improved productivity, insights, and self-service capabilities.
  • Integrate AI models into enterprise workflows to elevate decision-making and automation.
  • Implement intelligent orchestration across workplace systems to create a unified employee experience.
  • Continuously identify and assess new use cases within the organization, ensuring scalability, security, and value creation.
  • Leverage APIs, connectors, and automation scripts to integrate workflows across cloud and on-prem platforms.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards in solution design.
  • Produce technical documentation, adoption guides, and knowledge articles to facilitate solution usage.
