We're seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join our team.

Job Overview

This role involves developing and maintaining automation testing efforts to ensure high product quality. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and cover edge cases early in the lifecycle, improve CI/CD pipeline integration and coverage, and proactively identify quality risks and own mitigation planning.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement automation testing strategies to guarantee high product quality.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and DevOps to ensure alignment on quality goals.
  • Work with automation engineers to enhance CI/CD pipeline efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify and mitigate potential quality risks through proactive planning.
  • Analyze root causes of production issues and drive systemic improvements.
  • Communicate key quality metrics to stakeholders.
  • Promote continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and test architecture.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
  • Foster a strong customer-first quality mindset across engineering.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Automation (80-90% of day in/out).
  • Strong experience with Selenium/Playwright.
  • Proficient in Python/Java programming languages.
  • Knowledge of Jenkins or other CI/CD tools.
  • Experience in API Automation.
