Our organization is seeking an experienced and skilled Admin Coordinator to play a vital role in administering various functions related to administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of organizational initiatives, employee engagement activities, and welfare.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of administrative functions, including facility management, employee engagement, and coordination with marketing agencies.
- Coordinate with all departments regarding submission of review reports, participation in surveys, training programs, and other administrative tasks.
- Manage reception, office events, and vendor coordination as required.
- Issue and replace laptops, mobiles, and other office assets as needed, maintaining a tracker.
- Ensure proper seating arrangement and dress codes for staff are maintained.
- Monitor stationery requirements and make purchases as approved.
- Maintain track of uniform materials issued to staff.
- Coordinate booking of tickets and hotels for guests and management as needed.
- Work with Security and Housekeeping staff to ensure proper hygiene, enhance office experience for visitors, and follow safety protocols.
- Have attention to detail for each task assigned and adhere to timelines.
- Coordinating in license renewals, AMC renewal, and insurance renewal, etc.
- Repair and maintenance of sanitary breakdowns from external sources, photography in events, plant signage, and banner installations, coordination for electrical and internet breakdowns, service interruptions with vendors, and miscellaneous project assignments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in admin.
- Any graduate, MBA added advantage.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
- Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
