- Identify potential leads through online research, social media, and networking events.
- Maintain detailed records of lead generation activities in the CRM.
- **Lead Qualification**
- Qualify leads based on set criteria (needs, budget, timeline, etc.).
- Collect relevant lead information and assess their potential.
- Collaborate with the sales team to transition qualified leads for follow-up.
- **CRM Management**
- Ensure accurate, up-to-date data in the CRM system.
- Regularly update lead status, opportunities, and relevant details.
- Customize workflows and processes to enhance sales efficiency.
- **Sales Support**
- Provide administrative support (e.g., scheduling, preparing sales materials).
- Assist with proposal, contract preparation, and sales documentation.
- Coordinate with marketing and customer service to ensure smooth client experience.
- **Sales Performance Tracking**: Monitor sales performance metrics and provide timely reports to the team.
- **Client Follow-up**: Ensure timely follow-up with clients for feedback, satisfaction, and future opportunities.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with the operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless sales processes.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to assist in developing sales strategies.
**Coordination with Digital Marketing Agency**
- Serve as the liaison between the company and the digital marketing agency.
- Communicate campaign objectives, requirements, and performance metrics.
- Monitor campaign results, analyze performance, and recommend optimizations.
- **Administrative Assistance**
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and client communications.
- Respond to client and internal stakeholder inquiries.
**Ad-Hoc Tasks**
- Support other tasks as directed by management to meet business goals
- Maintain detailed records of lead generation activities in the CRM.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
