Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT Project Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for tracking project status and managing resources across various projects.

This position reports directly to the IT Program Manager and is part of the organization's IT Project Management Organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop best practices and tools for project planning, execution, and ongoing deliverable tracking
  • Present updates on critical projects to senior leadership
  • Support IT executives in executive meetings: Status Reports, IT Operating Board, and IT Advisory Board
  • Guide business governance committees in prioritizing projects and advising them on resource demand, dependencies, and risks
  • Direct PMO's project managers and team in implementing processes, methodologies, and tools
  • Prepare and review recurring program and project status reports
  • Facilitate issue escalation and risk management
  • Manage resource capacity planning and communicate effectively with senior management
  • Audit project deliverables and documentation to ensure adherence to governance standards and continuous improvement
  • Identify, analyze, and coach operations managers on project costs and budgeting

Requirements:

  • At least 12 years of experience using knowledge, process management systems (VISIO, Smart sheet, MS Projects, Excel & Power Point)
  • Industry standard Project Management Certifications such as PMP are highly valued
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in business analyst roles for IT software and infrastructure projects, providing directions to development teams
  • Experience working with automation toolsets is an added advantage
  • Preferred experience in design/deployment business process responsibilities involving complex requirements assessment, process/procedure design, and implementation within the technology services industry

Education Requirements:

Preferred - Bachelor's Degree B. Tech / MBA and experience in IT PMO
