Entry Level Accounting Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Entry Level Accounting Professional to join our finance team in Indore. As an accountant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing comprehensive reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.

This position is vital for the company's financial health and involves working on export business operations to support decision-making.

As an Entry Level Accounting Professional, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the import/export industry while contributing to the company's success. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Assist in compiling and reviewing financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to optimize cash flow and reduce costs.
  • Bank Statement Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy of financial data.
  • Inventory and Forecasting Management: Control inventory levels and develop forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Expense Control: Manage expenses to ensure they align with company goals and objectives.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures to mitigate risk.
  • Audit and Tax Support: Assist with audits and tax preparation to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Possess strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
  • Technical Skills: Be proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Show attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Time Management: Possess good time management and organizational skills.
  • Communication: Display strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
