Senior Leader of Inverter Sales and Strategy

We are seeking a Senior Leader of Inverter Sales and Strategy to join our team at Virtuous Advisors & Resources Private Ltd (Virtuous Resources). This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to take on a senior leadership role and drive business growth through strategic sales planning and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales objectives.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results.
- Foster strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to drive business growth and expand our market share.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics that meet business objectives.
- Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with a track record of success.
- In-depth knowledge of inverters, industrial equipment, and machinery manufacturing industry trends.
- Experience and knowledge of Sales markets.
- Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
