Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to drive business growth and expand our market share.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics that meet business objectives.
  • Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills with a track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of inverters, industrial equipment, and machinery manufacturing industry trends.
  • Experience and knowledge of Sales markets.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
