Key Responsibilities

As a Performance Marketing Professional, you will be responsible for planning and executing paid digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.

You will plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.). Additionally, you will prepare media plans and execute them efficiently with a proven track record of 10X+ ROAS in EdTech.

You will have the following responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms.
  • Prepare media plans and execute them efficiently with a proven track record of 10X+ ROAS in EdTech.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, etc.).
  • Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation across channels to maximize quality of lead generation.
  • Create and optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing pages for better conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing of ads and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in running paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.), programmatic ads, media buying.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Experience with tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, DV360, and Excel.
  • Strong copywriting and creative judgment skills.
  • Good communication and project management abilities.
