Key Business Growth Position

We are seeking a driven professional to fill this key role in business development. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition & Sales:
    • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients.
    • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery calls → pitching → closing deals.
    • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Client Communication & Relationship Building:
    • Lead client calls and meetings, identify business needs, tailor pitches to their requirements, and build long-term trust.
  • Collaboration & Strategy:
    • Work closely with senior team members to ensure smooth project handover.
    • Share feedback from prospects to help improve our offerings and pitches.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2–6 years in digital marketing in business development/client acquisition.
  • Track Record: Proven success in closing high-value projects (websites, SEO, content, performance and digital marketing).
  • Outreach Skills: Familiar with multiple outreach channels (email, cold email, WhatsApp, calls, etc.).
  • Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field (tech knowledge is an advantage).
  • International Client Experience: Previous work with clients across various regions.
