Job Title: Digital Marketing Professional

This is a full-time on-site role for a digital marketing professional based in Jaipur.

eMarketing is seeking an ambitious professional to assist in the creation, optimization, and management of ad campaigns. As a digital marketing professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Researching trends and analyzing campaign performance
  • Creating engaging ad content that drives lead generation and conversion analysis efforts
  • Collaborating with the team to develop effective strategies for social media presence and brand growth

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including lead generation and conversion analysis, as well as experience with social media management and content creation.

Apart from the basic requirements listed below, we are looking for someone who has expertise in managing large ad budgets efficiently and can effectively communicate complex ideas through data-driven insights.

  • Knowledge of Meta ad platforms, including Facebook and Instagram
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including lead generation and conversion analysis
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
  • Experience with social media management and content creation is a plus
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven track record of delivering successful lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent understanding of CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and other performance metrics.
  • Experience with retargeting, remarketing, and lookalike audience campaigns.
  • Ability to manage large ad budgets efficiently.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
