Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned leader with extensive experience in denial management, revenue cycle optimization and effective team collaboration. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, proficiency in revenue cycle management (RCM) and a proven track record of successful team performance.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the denial management process to minimize write-offs and maximize RCM efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless communication and resolution of accounts receivable (AR) issues.
  • Oversee cash applications, credit collection, and provider-side activities to drive business growth.
  • Leverage expertise in US Healthcare to drive RCM excellence, including knowledge of provider AR collections, denial management, healthcare RCM, cash application, and credit.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of team leadership experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  • US Healthcare experience, preferably in denial management and RCM, with a deep understanding of the industry's best practices.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision, driving results-oriented initiatives and delivering exceptional outcomes.
