Team Lead Operations Manager – Vadodara, Gujarat (On-Site)

  • Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead Operations Manager to join our team in Vadodara, Gujarat. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of operations professionals, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in managing teams at BPO/KPO organizations. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing daily workflows to ensure maximum capacity utilization.
  2. Ensuring schedule adherence for self and team members.
  3. Effective operations management by overcoming daily hurdles such as absenteeism, erratic workflow, and ad-hoc requests.
  4. Constant communication with US offices through calls and emails.
  5. Preparing accurate reports and submitting them timely to the desired recipients.
  6. Performing random quality checks on volumes processed by team members.
  7. Conducting daily meetings with the team and providing timely process updates to maintain quality.
  8. Anticipating client needs and preparing reports.
  9. Reviewing QC feedbacks and devising ways to improve quality of the team.
  10. Upholding quality standards by doing spot checks.
  11. Understanding and adhering to all company policies, including security, trade secrets, and confidentiality of information.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Graduate or master's degree from any stream.
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills with problem-solving ability.
  • Good networking skills across the organization to get things done.
  • Training skills to conduct process, refresher, and basic soft skills training.
  • Ability to create a challenging, fast-paced team-oriented environment.
  • 5-7 years of work experience in managing teams at BPO/KPO organizations.
  • Ability to de-stress the work environment under pressure.
  • Very strong computer skills in Window, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet/Intranet.
  • Ability to learn quickly and teach members on process nuances.
  • Knowledge of financial services and class action/mass tort is good to have.
  • Ability to interact with confidence with US internal and external customers.
  • Candidate with experience in legal process domains will be an advantage.
  • Ability to review reports and take actions based on data.
  • Ability to manage change.
