Procurement Analyst Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Procurement Analyst to join our team. As a Procurement Analyst, you will be responsible for facilitating the approval of all IT procurement projects and ensuring that activities are adhered to Group Procurement Policies associated processes.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills and attention to detail to identify and resolve discrepancies. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the facilitation of IT procurement projects from inception to completion
  • Ensure adherence to Group Procurement Policies and associated processes
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in procurement requests and invoices
  • Liaise with IT vendors and internal clients globally
  • Support vendor onboarding assessments and ongoing reassessments
  • Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for payment queries and rectification of discrepancies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or similar field
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in procurement or invoice analysis
  • Sound knowledge of IT industry procurements (e.g., hardware, software, services & telecom)
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data analysis and reporting
  • Working experience in vendor management
  • Fluency in English
