Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned International Business professional to lead our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies, leveraging their expertise in international business export processes and pump industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets in international markets.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product offerings and customer experiences.

3. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.

4. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

A degree in any field is required.

Experience:

A minimum of 8 years of experience in international business, with a strong background in sales, marketing, and export processes is required.

Skills:

Familiarity with industrial pumps, pipes, cables, and electrical motors; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
