Job Summary:

As a Business Development Executive at TechnoToil, you will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities and establishing strong client relationships. This role requires a strong understanding of sales, client management, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target market segments.
  • Develop business proposals, pitches, and presentations to present to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Participate in meetings with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support sales strategies and meet organizational objectives.
  • Follow up on leads, respond to client inquiries, and negotiate and close deals.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in CRM systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging market needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive with a desire to learn.
  • Basic understanding of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
