Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute strategic account plans for key clients, aligning recruitment strategies with their business goals and objectives.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction, leading to retention and potential growth of key accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to develop effective talent acquisition strategies, providing insights into the global talent landscape.
  • Work closely with clients to deliver personalized recruitment solutions, ensuring alignment with industry regulations and standards.
  • Define and monitor performance metrics related to recruitment success and client satisfaction.
  • Promote a seamless candidate experience journey from application to onboarding and final dispatch.
