Job Opportunity: Academic Leadership

The Academic Manager plays a pivotal role in driving academic excellence at our institution by overseeing and coordinating various aspects of academic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor academic policies and procedures to ensure educational quality and compliance with institutional standards.
  • Collaborate with faculty members and department heads to schedule classes, exams, and academic events, ensuring seamless coordination and effective time management.
  • Monitor student progress, attendance, and performance, providing targeted support for academic concerns and promoting student success.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and revision, aligning it with institutional goals and accreditation requirements.
  • Organize training programs and workshops for faculty members to enhance their teaching skills and stay updated on best practices.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, audits, and data analysis for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Facilitate collaboration between departments (Admissions, Examination, HR) to ensure smooth academic operations and achieve shared objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to academic regulations, compliance standards, and institutional quality benchmarks, upholding the highest standards of academic integrity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Postgraduate qualification or MBA/PGDM degree.
