Identity and Access Management Specialist Position

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions across enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement SSO solutions that ensure secure and seamless user access across platforms.
  • Configure and maintain Microsoft Entra ID integrations.
  • Implement and support Ping Identity solutions, including Ping Access and Ping Federate.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure authentication and authorization processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve identity federation, authentication, and access issues.
  • Support security audits, compliance, and access governance initiatives.
  • Provide technical expertise and knowledge transfer within the team.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in IAM or related roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with SSO technologies and federation protocols.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Solid experience with Ping Access and Ping Federate for authentication/authorization.
  • Understanding of identity lifecycle management, provisioning, and access governance.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in enterprise IAM environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing SSO solutions.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Ping Access, and Ping Federate.
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, provisioning, and access governance.
