Opportunity Overview

We are seeking an experienced sourcing and contracting professional to lead our Agile Sourcing team. As a key member of our Corporate Services division, you will contribute to the delivery of source-to-contract operations across multiple categories, including IT, professional services/consulting, talent acquisition and recruitment, learning and development, employee services, global business operations, finance, corporate services, business travel and meetings, and other enabling services and functions.

Job Description

The Associate Director, Source to Contract Team Lead, Agile Sourcing will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end sourcing and contracting process in support of operations across the assigned categories. Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing, onboarding, leading, managing, and developing a team of professionals in support of source-to-contract operations across multiple categories.
  • Monitoring team performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to ensure successful development and implementation of sourcing and contracting strategy.
  • Assisting direct reports with professional development planning and enabling flexibility across Agile Sourcing organization to foster cross-functional proficiencies of resources and procurement categories.
  • Creating training materials leveraging a deep knowledge of contract terms and conditions, negotiation best practices, and BMS Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Establishing clear performance expectations, providing proactive feedback, and being a hands-on manager who provides close leadership and support to their team.
