A vital leadership role exists for a finance expert who can oversee accounting operations, guarantee accurate financial reporting, and inspire a team to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the recording of financial transactions, MIS reporting, and accounts payable/receivable activities for US accounting.
  • Evaluate timeliness in completing monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, and timely reporting of all monthly financial data.
  • Support corporate budgeting and forecasting endeavors.
  • Analyze department performance to develop efficient procedures and resource allocation while maintaining high accuracy levels.
  • Counsel team members on non-standard reporting matters.
  • Collaborate with the external auditor to ensure a seamless and timely year-end audit process.
  • Oversee the general ledger group to meet financial reporting deadlines.
  • Evaluate adherence to outlined procedures and industry best practices.
  • Take ownership of work and team tasks, meeting organizational obligations.
  • Responsible for staff scheduling, training, and employee development initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with US GAAP, accounting principles, taxation, and statutory regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and capacity to lead and develop others.
  • Practical experience with QuickBooks, Zoho, and Microsoft Office applications.
