Reliability Expert

The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud operations, software development lifecycle, and Observability tools.

  • Tackle complex development, automation, and business process problems.
  • Work with product development teams, Cloud Automation, and other SRE teams to understand observability gaps and resolve them efficiently.

Key skills include:

  • Enlighten, enable, and empower multiple teams across applications and locations.
  • Excellent communication skills and distributed team experience.
  • AWS services management or operational knowledge of managing applications in AWS.
  • Fluency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Typescript, Javascript, Python, Ruby, Bash).

Additional requirements include:

  • Experience with SDLC methodologies (preferably Agile) and Observability (Logging, Metrics, Tracing).
  • Working knowledge of containerization concepts (docker, ECS, EKS, Kubernetes).
  • Self-motivation and minimal supervision ability.

Preferred requirements include:

  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and 3-tier application stacks.
  • Understanding of basic networking concepts and NoSQL databases.
  • APM data troubleshooting and performance bottleneck identification.
