About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will be responsible for demonstrating analytical and research skills. You will be required to accurately enter and process customer orders into the system, ensure that inventory levels meet order requirements, coordinate with production scheduling and logistics team to schedule timely deliveries, monitor order status and update customers on progress, maintain accurate records of all orders, address any discrepancies or issues in orders promptly, and regularly update order management systems with new data and latest information.
Key Responsibilities:- Order Processing - Accurately enter and process customer orders into the system
- Inventory Coordination - Ensure that inventory levels meet order requirements
- Delivery Scheduling - Coordinate with production scheduling and logistics team to schedule timely deliveries
- Order Tracking - Monitor order status and update customers on progress
- Documentation Management - Maintain accurate records of all orders
- Exception Resolution - Address any discrepancies or issues in orders promptly
- Perform Order Updates - Regularly update order management systems with new data and latest information
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to work under pressure and have flexibility in working hours. A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or engineering is preferred, along with proficiency in MS office tools and prior experience in order management.
