Job Role:

We seek a diligent Order Coordinator to facilitate seamless order tracking and resolution.

As an integral part of our Opportunity to Cash process, the successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring order statuses with vendors and distributors, gathering vital information for customers regarding delivery of procured goods. This individual will collaborate closely with Client Operations Specialists and Procurement and Logistics teams to update, escalate, and inform sales, finance, and customers on shipping details, tracking information, and Proof of Deliveries accessed through various vendor portals and tracking tools and email inquiries. The data will then need to be populated into specific objects and fields in Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track shipments and update Salesforce
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with vendor partners and internal customers
  • Address sales issues promptly as they arise
  • Interact with sales reps, client operations specialists, and P&L Specialists to answer questions
  • Respond to inquiries from finance using shared reports, Salesforce Chatter, and email
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies
  • Assist team members with special projects as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Entry-level or a few years of experience in Operations, Sales Administration, Finance, or Sales Support in the Technology industry
