Job Summary

The Remote Desktop Support Engineer is responsible for providing round-the-clock technical support to customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical assistance to desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  • Monitor and respond to incidents via ticketing system within specified service level agreement timelines
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues to ensure minimal downtime
  • Support users across different time zones and maintain logs of shift activities for continuity
  • Collaborate with global IT teams for coordinated support and maintenance
  • Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and applications as needed
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues both onsite and remotely
  • Respond to user tickets and resolve issues related to Windows, Mac, or Linux environments
  • Maintain detailed logs of support requests, resolutions, and system updates
  • Assist in setting up new systems and user accounts as required
