Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Manager
Location: Kalaburagi
About the Role:
The Supply Chain Operations Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end import, export, land transport, and logistics processes for sensitive semiconductor equipment, ODC cargo, utilities, gas, chemicals, direct/indirect materials, and finished goods products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless operations, regulations enforcement by government bodies, cost-effectiveness, and strict compliance with Indian and international trade laws, IATA DGR, customs regulations, and safety standards.
- Coordinate activities between suppliers, customers, logistics partners, licensing authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Establish logistics processes for inbound and outbound semiconductor equipment, utilities, gas, chemicals, direct/indirect materials, and finished goods products transportation from global and domestic locations.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics activities.
- Manage transportation and logistics across multiple 3PL sites, ensuring timely and accurate product delivery.
- Identify potential risks in the supply chain, such as transportation delays, supply disruptions, or natural disasters.
- Analyse logistics workflows and KPIs to identify and implement cost-saving and process improvement initiatives.
- Manage reverse logistics.
Requirements:
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent field, along with experience in logistics and supply chain management field.
