Job Description:

Support the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function in comprehensive and timely reporting.

  • Update Budget/Projection Templates
  • Prepare monthly Management reports and schedules
  • Manage budgets in SAP
  • Meet MIS/database requirements

Additionally, provide support for ad hoc accounting/reporting needs.

Job Requirements:

Responsibilities include:

  • Data collection and data hygiene/clean-up
  • Insight generation and summary preparation
  • Large Data mapping and presentation
  • Excel template/schedule creation

Review Actual Financial data for General Ledger (GL), Cost Centre (CC) & Fund usage.

Identify irregularities and make necessary corrections.

Support Annual Budgeting process & quarterly projections as well as report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

(Including updating Budget templates)

Update budgets in SAP, monitor variances, and address queries related to budgets.

Assist with Ad hoc accounting and reporting needs of the Finance department.

Collaborate with Finance & other stakeholders daily, fostering effective communication.

Identify opportunities for process improvements & automation to increase efficiency & effectiveness in reporting and analysis.
