Project Coordinator Role

A high-performing Project Coordinator is needed to join our team and lead cross-functional projects to successful completion.

About Us:

We are a digital experience agency aiming to change the way people access and use digital products.

Our holistic approach combines every important step in creating meaningful product designs viz. Research (UXR), Product design (UX/UI), UX Writing, Illustrations (2D, 3D) and Motion design.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple client-facing projects, understanding client needs and requirements in a lean UX/UI studio environment.
  • Collaborate directly with the Design Director in decision-making for different projects.
  • Brief your team about project requirements and utilize agile or hybrid project management methodologies to handle tasks.
  • Ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of projects.
  • Identify internal and external risks and guide your team through them.
  • Maintain effective communication and conflict resolution within the team and with stakeholders.
  • Prepare Weekly/Monthly Project Status Reports.
  • Brief and take quotes from freelancers appointed for specific tasks.
  • Oversee photo and video shoots, 3D and 2D illustration content creation.
  • Foster a project team environment focused on achieving goals and keeping the team on track.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-4 years of experience with a strong understanding of managing projects and being client-facing.
  • A background with a design agency or product company is preferred.
  • You must be passionate about managing projects and people.
  • Candidates should be excited about achieving project goals within timelines and budgets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and reasoning skills are required.
  • A deep understanding of website/eCommerce/app design, usability, architecture, frontend, backend, and functionality is essential.
