Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to lead a team of analysts in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products. This involves managing day-to-day activities, overseeing testing and method validation procedures, and identifying areas for improvement.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of 30+ analysts in QC, including the AMV team.
  • Overseeing regular testing and method validation activities for LC-MS, Nasal analytical, and FT-NIR analytical teams.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as QA, RA, R&D, and PMI to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Staying updated on industry developments and emerging trends to remain competitive in the field of LC-MS and FT-NIR techniques.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A Master's Degree in Science or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Pharma.
  • Strong analytical knowledge and expertise in modern analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, LC-MS, NIR, Nasal performance testing).
  • Leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic mindset.
  • Knowledge of Chromeleon 7.2 and Sciex software is an added advantage.
