Job Description

Seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to oversee consulting projects in the GCC region. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent client-facing abilities, and a deep understanding of the consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery from initiation to completion.
  • Define project scopes, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in alignment with client requirements and internal governance.
  • Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring adherence to SOPs and approval processes.
  • Coordinate and supervise consultants, analysts, and external partners to achieve project milestones.
  • Serve as main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Support business development activities by managing proposals, timelines, and tender submissions.
  • Provide post-project reviews and lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field (Master's preferred).

Experience: 5-7 years of experience in consulting, ideally within real estate, tourism, or hospitality sectors.

Skills: Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, proven experience leading multi-stakeholder projects, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project collaboration platforms.

Travel Requirements: Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple assignments, and travel to the GCC if required.
