Operations Management Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Knowledge and Report Analysis: You will have in-depth knowledge of our products, including Mono and Fantasy. This will enable you to analyze reports and make informed decisions about product replenishment.
  • Stock Receiving and Organization: You will be responsible for receiving stock at our store and organizing it in a timely and efficient manner. This includes controlling stock organization in the stock room, prioritizing tasks, and providing information to logistics teams.
  • Inventory Planning: You will work closely with managers to plan inventory preparation, check stock room tidiness, and allocate manpower for inventory processes.
  • Floor Operations: You will support department managers to run floor operations smoothly, ensuring that all floor processes are followed.

  • Strong Organizational Skills: You must be able to prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines.
