Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

The role of a Financial Operations Coordinator is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial handling processes. This position involves reconciling sales between system and physical documents/cash received to minimize exceptions in expenses and income accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile sales between system and physical documents/cash received, minimizing exceptions in expenses and income accounting.
  • Perform weekly reconciliations for tenders between Xstore-SAP and physical tenders submitted, with no open items remaining.
  • Update manual bill issues/entries/registers and ensure no pending reconciliations.
  • Maintain and disburse petty cash for associates and store expenses, update petty cash manual register, and perform cash reconciliations weekly.
  • Reconcile credit card and wallet batch settlement reports weekly, with no open items.
  • Conduct fortnightly training for frontline staff to minimize errors in processing, track performance indicators, and training hours.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Sales Reconciliation between system & physical documents/cash received
  • Tender Reconciliation with Xstore-SAP & physical tenders submitted
  • Manual Bill- Issue/entry/register updation
  • Petty Cash Maintenance & Disbursement for payments of associates & store expenses
  • Credit Card & Wallet Batch Settlement Report reconciliation
