Chief Accounting Officer

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. This role will be responsible for the overall management of accounting functions, including financial statement preparation, account analysis, and reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account analysis and reconciliation on all balance sheet accounts in Tally ERP.
- Monthly financial statement closing work completed in accordance with GAAP.
- TDS, GST, payroll compliance and filings with reconciliation to be completed by established deadlines.
- Active participation and contribution in all required audits.
- Take the lead in coordination of accounts payable month closing process, handling accounting issues and answering accounting questions for Business office personnel.
Requirements and Qualifications:
This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate should have:
- Proficiency in accounting software, including Tally ERP.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
