Job Description

About our Portfolio Monitoring Team

You will be working with a team that specializes in global market research, collaborating with top-rated investment research organizations and leading asset managers.

We cater to major financial institutions, working alongside their product and sector teams, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: You will involve in financial spreading (PL, BS, and CF) on an Excel-based model or a lending platform, along with key credit metrics calculation
  • Credit Review Process: You will identify key performance indicators and create reports for the credit review process
  • Covenant Calculation: You will calculate covenant in line with facility agreements and provide a detailed rationale for covenant Met / Breach results
  • Project Management: You will perform (annual / quarterly / monthly) reviews and populate associated templates
  • Business Overview: You will conduct financial analysis (historical and forecast, as well as operating, leverage, and liquidity ratios)
  • Covenant Performance: You will verify / calculate compliance against a threshold (DSC, FCCR, LTV, Interest cover, leverage, etc.)
  • Collateral Analysis: You will analyze collateral to ensure alignment with portfolio requirements
  • Client Support: You will handle client calls and periodic communication
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Masters degree in finance, economics, or accounting from a reputed institute
  • Strong accounting and financial skills
  • Eye for detail and ability to identify and solve issues effectively on time
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build a strong team culture
