We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Associate - IP Solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to work closely with customers, and excellent communication skills.

Job Description

As an Associate - IP Solutions, you will be responsible for working closely with customers (Patent Attorneys/ IP Counsels) to build a comprehensive understanding of their business and functional needs. You will use this information to propose customized solutions based on your technical expertise and the company's capabilities in Intellectual Property Support Services and Patent Research & Analytics.

  • You will conduct secondary research and business insights to advise and support the sales team in the sale of IP services.
  • You will build close working relations with customers to ensure that you are the 'go-to person' for solving their problems.

You will also work with the Operations team to track and monitor the status of customers' projects. As an 'inside customer', you will ensure that customer expectations are being met.

In addition, you will collaborate with Sales/ Marketing teams to design and implement targeted Sales/ Marketing strategies.
