Client Relationship Specialist

As a key contact for a diverse portfolio of NRI clients, you will leverage your financial acumen and exceptional communication skills to deliver tailored solutions that meet their unique banking and investment needs.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a diverse group of NRI clients.
  • Develop and provide insights on financial products including NRI accounts, deposits, mutual funds, insurance, and investment options.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients through regular calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling financial products based on client profiles and goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of client requests and resolution of issues.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • A minimum 2 years of experience in NRI banking, wealth management, or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products relevant to NRI clients.
  • Excellent client engagement and customer service skills.
