Lean Manufacturing Expertise:

As a critical member of our strategic process improvement team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and leading initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

The primary objective of this position is to implement evidence-based lean methods to reduce waste and optimize facility utilization by streamlining workflow, collaborating with colleagues to design efficient workstations and processes, and facilitating groups to identify quality improvement projects.

You will guide individuals across all functions to decide on methodologies, communicate progress to key stakeholders, and provide expert advice as a Six Sigma coach, assisting Green Belts, Process Owners, and Team Members in statistics, change management, and process design strategies.

Key responsibilities include monitoring progress, motivating team members, implementing Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems, and developing annual lean transformation plans based on value stream maps and strategic objectives.

This role requires strong business acumen, facilitation skills, analytical techniques, and interpersonal, leadership, and presentation skills.

Preferred qualifications include Black Belt Certification, experience leading Six Sigma projects, and proven team leadership skills. With your expertise, we can drive significant improvements in productivity, quality, and employee engagement.

Some of the essential skills required for this role are: effective communication, problem-solving, adaptability, time management, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
