About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Kommit Techno-Legal LLP as a skilled Administrative Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of the office, including organisational and logistical tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, maintain records, schedule appointments, and arrange travel
- Maintain and manage the office, including stocking supplies and coordinating with stakeholders
- Coordinate construction, repair, and maintenance work at the office
- Prepare and execute financial documents, such as invoices
- Manage document preparation, filing, docketing, and organisation, both online and offline
- Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders through various means
- Welcome and manage clients, vendors, and visitors in the office

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in administrative work, with strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Apps is essential, along with excellent communication and research abilities.
