Your Role: Administrative Coordinator
As an Administrative Coordinator , you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that everything runs efficiently behind the scenes. You will support various functions, from office management to vendor coordination, HR assistance, and finance support.
Key Responsibilities
1.Office Administration & Operations
Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Manage office supplies
Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and compliance with workplace regulations .
2.Communication & Coordination
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders.
3.Documentation
Maintain records, files, and documents in an organized manner.
4.General Administrative Support
Provide administrative assistance to various teams as needed.
Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to office protocols.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator who can efficiently manage daily office operations and support various business functions. The ideal candidate should be resourceful, tech-savvy, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Here's what makes you the perfect fit:
1. Experience & Industry Exposure
Prior experience in startups, FMCG, retail, or D2C brands is a plus.
Familiarity with administrative tasks such as vendor management, office logistics, and documentation handling.
2. Strong Organizational & Time Management Skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines efficiently .
A structured approach to office management with a keen eye for process optimization .
Experience handling meeting coordination, office scheduling, and procurement .
3. Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with vendors, employees, and external stakeholders professionally.
Ability to draft emails, reports, and internal memos with clarity and accuracy.
A customer-service mindset to ensure smooth internal and external communications.
4. Tech-Savvy & Process-Oriented
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), and email management .
5. Problem-Solving & Adaptability
A proactive approach to identifying and resolving administrative challenges before they escalate.
Quick thinking and ability to handle unexpected office issues or operational bottlenecks .
Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment and willing to take on new responsibilities.
6. People-Centric & Team Player
A friendly, professional, and collaborative attitude towards employees and leadership.
Ability to work across teams , supporting HR, finance, and other departments when needed.

7. Education & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Office Management, or a related field.
