Job Title: Property Law Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Law Expert to lead our legal team and provide strategic advice on corporate and project-related matters. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local, state, and national laws, regulations, and policies relevant to the property and construction industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal guidance to senior management on all corporate and project-related matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to safeguard our interests.
  • Ensure effective implementation of local, state, and national laws, regulations, and policies relevant to the property and construction industry.
  • Manage litigation and disputes, working closely with external legal counsel as required.
  • Oversee due diligence processes for property acquisitions and other transactions.
  • Develop and implement policies to mitigate legal risks and ensure best practices.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and advise on their potential impact on our organization.
  • Lead and mentor the legal team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Law from a recognized university or institution.
  • At least ten years of overall experience with proven expertise in corporate law, property law, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in managing legal matters within the property and building & construction industry.
