We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Maintenance Technician with expertise in both mechanical and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance and Repair:

  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment and systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.

Installation and Commissioning:

  • Install and commission new equipment and systems as required.
  • Ensure that all installations adhere to safety and quality standards.

Customer Support:

  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, concerns, and technical issues.
  • Offer guidance and training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.

Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports, service logs, and documentation of parts used.
  • Prepare service reports for management and customers.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure that all services are performed in compliance with company standards and safety regulations.

About the Role

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Maintenance Technician with a focus on both mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Demonstrated strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • The ability to perform installations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Excellent customer support and communication skills.
  • A meticulous approach to documentation and record-keeping.
  • A strong understanding of quality assurance processes and safety regulations.
