Job Title: Senior Director of Global Operations

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished Global Business Operations Manager to lead and manage our high-performing global team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large, cross-functional teams (100+ headcount) and driving operational excellence within a fast-paced, global environment.

This role requires a strong strategic mindset, exceptional leadership abilities, and a focus on driving efficiency and performance improvement across global operations. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business operation strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across teams.

You will oversee the development and execution of processes, workflows, and systems to optimize business operations. Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to streamline operations and reduce costs.

The successful candidate will also collaborate with key stakeholders (including senior leadership, HR, finance, IT, and other departments) to ensure alignment with business objectives and operational goals. You will work closely with global teams to resolve operational challenges and ensure seamless coordination between regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and operational goals.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in business operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing 100+ headcount, with a focus on managing global teams in a media, music, entertainment, or related industry.
  • An in-depth understanding of the media/music industry, including project management, distribution, content creation, and licensing processes.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire large, diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop talent in a high-growth, global environment.
  • Experience managing relationships with both internal stakeholders (e.g., marketing, creative teams) and external partners (e.g., media distributors, agencies).
